Full-Service Design

Full-Service Design includes your designer taking care of everything so you don't have to.  This is perfect for clients that don't have time to deal with all of the little nuances, questions, and intricacies of the process, and honestly don't want to.  We would rather you spend that time with your family doing things you love while we handle the rest.  We provide layouts, drawings, design details, 3D visuals, elevations, product sourcing, furnishing selections, orders, procurement, construction support, communication of selections & intent with your contractor, and organization to keep things on track for the entirety of your project. Full-Service Design pricing is based on your project size, scope, complexity, investment budget, and timeline as a fixed design fee with a minimum product order amount based on your specific needs that we discuss in advance.  Full-Service Design Fee prices start at $5,950 which is typically equivalent to a project with a remodeling/furnishings investment of about $50,000.
